Our Rates:
$75 per hour, minimum 1 hour site visit, billable to the quarter-hour after the first hour. Travel time to site is considered billable.
Solution research or equipment procurement offsite (if requested) is billed at the same rate but is cumulative for each incident.
Payment in U.S. Dollars, Cash or Check only, please.

If your problem isn't identified and a course of action outlined to resolve it, you pay nothing for that visit.
