We've eaten dim sum here four or five times now, with both sets of parents and my sister's family.
My husband and I have also been to Fortune Chinese Seafood Restaurant in Falls Church, VA. This place serves dim sum the traditional way (in carts which are wheeled about the restaurant). We hope to get back to it sometime soon to take a picture...and eat! Members of the Erasmus Dim Sum Society proclaim themselves "lovers of Dim Sum." They are a group of students at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, The Netherlands who regularly meet in groups of around twelve people just for the fun of eating Dim Sum. The Dim Sum Shrine and Take-Out Joint is a must-see for dim sum lovers...or those trying to learn just what the heck dim sum are. WARNING: This page hasn't been updated for ages and no one seems to answer the email. I think it's still worth looking at, though!
